This was one of the few out there where you can upgrade the memory beyond 4 gb...16 gb! I upgraded and am ready to keep this laptop for years to come. Not to mention they sent Windows 7 (all versions) and Windows 8 for you to choose from! The scroll pad is top notch, the body is light, the monitor clear and precise. And the speed...16 gb...can I say more? Don't upgrade to 16 gb from HP, order from Crucial and put it in yourself. I saved $300! I also ordered the extra battery and the optical player (just in case I need it). Oh, and theres hardly any bloatware. HP did it right with this one!
I think, explains the few gripe respecting HP EliteBook Folio 9470m 14" Business Notebook PC - C6Z62UT not fitting or leaking.
