Nice machine. I'm not a heavy user and don't it for games. For my needs, this machine is great. I had to get use to Windows 8 - it took about 2-3 days. I messed up the machine by changing settings and then had to reload the software - but it has worked great ever since. I love the touch of the keyboard on this laptop (had HP Pavilion and didn't like the keyboard). I would never know it was refurbished, no problems at all. I have no problem recommending it. You do have to purchase software such as Microsoft Office. I found a free download of a similar program called Libre. If you know how to use MS Office you will know how to use this free software. It saved me $140. You can give them a donation to support the program but it is not required for it to download and operate. This product was a good choice and I like it.


I believe, explains the few complaints apropos Acer Aspire V5 15.6 in. Core i3 500GB Notebook not fitting or leaking.
